Job summary

Hastings Deering (Australia) Ltd, via Sime Industrial, is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator based in South Brisbane to support the Avanti ERP transformation. The role focuses on coordinating schedules, governance, reporting, risks and dependencies across the program, while engaging a diverse range of stakeholders.

You will assist with delivering an integrated plan, manage dependencies, and provide high-quality coordination and reporting to enable informed program decisions.

• Support workshops, meetings and program forums.
• Provide high-quality project coordination, analysis and reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes.
• Work with teams to influence outcomes and drive delivery.
