We are seeking a Senior Project Coordinator based in South Brisbane to support delivery by coordinating schedules, governance, reporting, risks, dependencies and stakeholder activities.

Responsibilities

Assist the Senior Program Scheduler to maintain an integrated delivery plan.
Manage schedules, risks, dependencies and actions to keep workstreams on track.
Build relationships with stakeholders, project teams and delivery partners.
Support workshops, meetings and program forums with clear actions.
Provide high-quality project coordination, analysis and reporting for decision-making.
Identify opportunities to improve project processes and ways of working.
Collaborate across teams to influence outcomes and drive delivery.
