Hastings Deering (Australia) Ltd seeks a Business Process Analyst to join the Business Process Excellence team on a permanent, full-time basis. You will analyse and document current processes, define future-state workflows, and support ERP readiness across our Sime Industrial ecosystem in a multi-functional, multi-regional setting.

Workshops facilitation, data analysis and governance reporting with Power BI/Power Apps will be key duties, partnering with subject matter experts and project teams

Qualifications

• Experience in business process analysis, improvement or transformation.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends.
• Experience facilitating workshops with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of process mapping, governance and CI.
• Exposure to Power BI or Power Apps.
• Strong documentation and multi-priority management.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate workshops to map current and future processes.
• Identify process variations, risks, and impacts across functions.
• Collect and analyse process performance data.
• Develop process docs, governance materials, reports and dashboards.
• Support process governance forums with insights and recommendations.
• Maintain process repositories and documentation.
• Partner with stakeholders to support awareness and readiness.
• Contribute to reporting solutions using Power BI/Power Apps.
