Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Project Management or related discipline, or 3+ years in project coordination/administration environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience implementing ERP systems or large transformation projects.
• Exposure to manufacturing, supply chain, operations or engineering.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience supporting governance, risk and change management activities.
• Experience with SharePoint, JIRA or similar PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities across multiple departments and functions.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, schedules, risk registers and dashboards.
• Track project milestones, actions, deliverables and dependencies.
• Support governance processes, steering committees and project reporting.
• Coordinate testing, change management and training activities.
• Monitor project risks, issues and change requests.
