Job summary

Rio Tinto is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Modern ERP program across coordination, administration and onboarding activities, helping the program run smoothly by coordinating schedules, governance and communications across multiple workstreams.

This is a 12+ month engagement based in Brisbane or Perth, offering hands-on exposure to project controls, reporting, stakeholder engagement and governance within a fast-paced transformation environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in project, PMO or program coordination within a complex project or transformation environment, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Strong organisational and facilitation skills to coordinate people, activities and information across multiple teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, SharePoint and Outlook to produce accurate program materials.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate key program delivery activities across workstreams, including schedule, cost, deliverables, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Facilitate collaboration across project managers, vendors and global delivery teams; ensure priorities are aligned.
• Plan and coordinate meetings, workshops, leadership forums and program events; manage calendars and logistics.
