Job summary

Storepro is seeking a dedicated Project Administrator to support Project Managers and Directors across multiple live projects in Australia. You will help keep programs current, prepare permits and approvals, manage variations and cost position, and coordinate documentation and site paperwork with trades and suppliers.

The role requires strong organisational skills, accuracy, and the ability to handle several projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

Diploma or Advanced Diploma in project management, construction management, business or related field, or at least three years of relevant experience administering projects.
Experience with project management platforms and strong spreadsheet skills.
Clear written communication and strong organisation with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Support Project Managers in keeping each project's program up to date: milestone tracking and schedule updates.
Prepare and lodge permit, council and landlord applications and track approvals to sign-off.
Prepare variations for review and maintain the variation register and cost position.
Manage project documentation: drawing registers, RFIs, approvals, procurement records and handover packs.
Coordinate paperwork for trades onsite: inductions, SWMS, insurances and licences.
