Job summary

Amazon Ads seeks a senior sales and business development leader to drive strategic agency partnerships in Australia. You will develop a customer-led growth strategy for media agencies at local and regional levels, and serve as the face of Amazon within the agency ecosystem.

You will lead cross-functional teams across sales, service, operations and technical specialists, creating scalable commercial structures to expand opportunities across traded and programmatic products.

Qualifications

10+ years of media sales experience.
Proven ability to build and manage agency partnerships.
Strong knowledge of video advertising and programmatic ad tech.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a customer-led growth strategy for media agencies at local and regional levels.
Serve as the face of Amazon within the agency, providing leadership to sales, service, operations and technical teams.
Build and manage a detailed HoldCo, OpCo and client engagement strategy with business reviews.
Partner with the sales team to drive sales execution with end-to-end management of key opportunities.
Develop commercial structures to create incremental growth across traded and programmatic products.
Lead education and enablement of agency functions including agency-wide events.
Identify opportunities for agency collaboration around large-scale creative solutions with creative agencies.
Liaise with global teams to identify transformative opportunities for agency partnerships.
