Job summary

Jobgether SRL, listed on behalf of a partner, seeks an Account Executive based in Australia to lead strategic sales across the APAC region, combining hospitality domain knowledge with consultative selling of hotel technology.

You will own your sales targets, manage the full cycle, mentor colleagues, and leverage AI-powered tools to enhance efficiency in a fast-moving, international, remote-first setup.

Qualifications

• Proven success in hospitality technology sales with targets met.
• Deep understanding of hotel operations and PMS integrations.
• Strong consultative sales and ability to build credibility with stakeholders.
• Experience managing complex deals and pipelines.
• Practical AI proficiency (Level 2) in sales workflows.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and achieve sales quotas across APAC, focusing on strategic opportunities.
• Manage full sales cycle from inquiry to closure.
• Build a strong sales pipeline via outbound prospecting and events.
• Lead consultative, technically informed conversations with hotel stakeholders.
• Understand hotel operations and technology ecosystems to position solutions.
• Communicate the value of integrated hotel technology to improve efficiency.
• Use AI tools for research, prep, proposals, and follow-ups.
