pay.com.au is a B2B fintech that rewards businesses for the payments they already make. The Senior Product Manager, Rewards will own the full rewards proposition, from what it is and how it works to keeping customers engaged and returning.

You will own the end-to-end roadmap, discovering and testing levers like goals, streaks, tiers, challenges, lifecycle journeys and personalised offers. The build is global and will ship to the US platform as well, so you will partner with the US product

Qualifications

• Senior PM with proven product craft and roadmap ownership.
• Experience shipping engagement or loyalty features that change user behavior.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted discovery, analysis, and rapid prototyping.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end rewards roadmap from discovery to delivery.
• Define levers to improve retention, engagement and value (streaks, tiers, journeys).
• Collaborate with cross-geo teams (US) to ship in two markets.
