pay.com.au is a B2B fintech that rewards businesses for the payments they already make. The Senior Product Manager, Rewards will own the full rewards proposition, from what it is and how it works to keeping customers engaged and returning.

You will own the end-to-end roadmap, discovering and testing levers like goals, streaks, tiers, challenges, lifecycle journeys and personalised offers. The build is global and will ship to the US platform as well, so you will partner with the US product

It operates in Australia and the US, and the rewards proposition is central to why customers choose it and why they stay.

The role

Senior Product Manager, Rewards. You'll own the full rewards proposition: what it is, how it works and how it keeps customers coming back. The role is increasingly measured on retention and engagement, so it's about changing behaviour, not just shipping features.

You'll own the roadmap end to end, from discovery through to delivery. That means working out which levers move the numbers, such as goals, streaks, tiers, challenges, lifecycle journeys and personalised offers, and then building and testing them.

The build is global. Anything you ship goes into the US platform as well, so you'll work closely with your US product counterpart to make it work in both markets.

This isn't a role where someone hands you a plan. You'll set direction, make the commercial case and run with it.

Who you are

You're a strong senior PM with real product craft. You own a roadmap, run proper discovery, get things delivered and have the product sense to know what's worth building.

You've shipped things that changed how people behave, and you have the numbers to show it. Gamification and engagement mechanics are familiar ground. You know what makes a streak stick or a tier worth chasing, and when a mechanic is just noise.

AI is part of how you work every day. You use it for discovery, analysis and prototyping, and you're comfortable being scrappy to get to an answer quickly.

You think commercially and work independently. You don't need to be managed, and you'd rather bring the strategy than wait for it. A rewards or loyalty background is a bonus but not a requirement. What matters is that the problem genuinely interests you. You might be coming from a neobank, a crypto or super platform, a share trading app or another fast-moving fintech where engagement is everything.

You'd own one of the most important parts of the product, with a direct line to retention and growth. You'd ship to two markets at once, at a company that moves quickly and expects its senior people to lead.
