Deputy, a global SaaS workforce management company, seeks a Senior Product Manager to guide development from concept to launch. You will own strategic initiatives, partnering with engineering, design, and analytics to shape solutions for frontline workers and payroll contexts.

You’ll bring 3–5 years in SaaS product management, fluency with Jira/Confluence/Aha!, and a strong sense for market research, API integration, and stakeholder collaboration. Hybrid/hub-based, Sydney presence encouraged.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, CS, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 3–5 years of product management experience in a SaaS environment.
• Advanced proficiency with product management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Aha!).
• Strong market research and competitive analysis skills.
• Technical aptitude; comfortable with APIs and data models.
