Job summary

Commonwealth Bank seeks a Senior Product Manager for the Personalise & Controls Squad to shape how customers manage profile, contact details, and preferences across digital channels. You will own priorities and deliver self-service experiences at scale, partnering with Design, Engineering and Data teams.

You’ll lead cross-functional workstreams, apply customer insights, and translate regulatory requirements into intuitive user journeys, balancing risk, value and delivery momentum.

Qualifications

• Significant product experience shaping complex digital products from discovery through to launch and optimisation.
• Proven experience leading or operating within cross-functional product squads.
• Strong customer-focused product thinking and problem-solving capability.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to make evidence-based decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the squad day-to-day with clear priorities, dependencies, risks and trade-offs.
• Drive discovery and delivery across profile, preferences and self-service journeys.
• Partner with Design and Engineering to shape scalable, customer-centric experiences.
• Translate regulatory, privacy and risk requirements into simple customer experiences.
• Influence stakeholders through evidence-based recommendations and clear trade-offs.
