Qualifications

• Experience leading engineers delivering customer-facing digital products in production.
• Strong depth in modern full-stack web engineering (Next.js/React/TypeScript) and backend integration with GraphQL.
• Able to guide architecture and implementation decisions while also contributing to production code.
• Familiarity with native iOS/Android development to lead cross‑platform work.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary squad delivering customer experiences across NetBank and the CommBank App.
• Set technical direction on architecture, API boundaries, performance, accessibility and security.
• Contribute to code and technical implementation where your involvement has impact.
• Collaborate with Product and Design during discovery before delivery commitments.
• Build a team with clear expectations, ownership and constructive feedback.
• Promote CI/CD, automated testing, observability and operational readiness.
