Job summary

Bendigobank is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the end-to-end strategy for our retail banking portfolio. You will translate customer insights into roadmaps and lead cross-functional initiatives across omni-channel distribution.

Reporting to the Senior Manager and collaborating with Head of Product leadership, you will mentor junior product managers and ensure outcomes meet customer needs and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of retail banking products, pricing and distribution.
• Track record of developing product roadmaps and go-to-market changes.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to derive insights from data.
• Experience translating needs into user stories for cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills to influence senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Shape Product Strategy & Vision by building multi-year roadmaps aligned to strategy.
• Lead End-to-End Product Lifecycle from ideation to pricing and rationalisation.
• Oversee Commercial Performance, profitability forecasting and pricing structures.
• Align Customer Journey & Omni-Channel experiences with frontline and digital teams.
• Drive Agile delivery with clear requirements, backlogs and timelines.
• Foster leadership, mentoring and disciplined product practices.
• Embed risk & regulatory governance across product development.
