Job summary

Judo Bank in Melbourne is seeking a Senior Product Manager to shape lending products from strategy through to execution. You’ll contribute to the roadmap, identify opportunities and drive delivery across product teams to improve customer and business outcomes.

You will own governance and regulatory requirements, balance commercial goals with risk, and build trusted relationships across the organisation while moving between strategic thinking and hands-on delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong lending product management experience within financial services.
• Experience developing product strategies and roadmaps end-to-end.
• Strong commercial and numerical capability with data-driven decisions.
• Knowledge of lending governance, risk, regulation and the broader financial services landscape.
• Hands-on with strategy and execution; excellent stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Product team to manage and optimise lending products as commercial portfolios.
• Shape lending product strategy and roadmaps; identify growth and opportunities.
• Use customer, financial, risk and market insights to drive portfolio performance and pricing.
• Lead complex product initiatives end-to-end, including migrations, clean-up and continuous improvement.
• Own governance, risk and regulatory requirements; balance customer, commercial and compliance outcomes.
• Build trusted relationships across the business to deliver improvements and bring ideas to life.
