BOQ Group is seeking a Head of Asset Finance - Product to own the end-to-end strategy and lifecycle of a key Business Banking product. You will drive portfolio growth, margin performance and customer outcomes while leading transformation across a large organisation.

You will balance commercial performance with risk and strategic priorities, influence senior stakeholders, and shape future investment priorities in a flexible location model.

Qualifications

• Experienced banking or financial services leader with a strong background in product management, portfolio ownership and strategic leadership.
• Has Led products or portfolios where growth, profitability, risk management and customer outcomes are paramount.
• Demonstrates ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Owns end-to-end product strategy and lifecycle for Asset Finance in Business Banking.
