Nature & Nurture Child Psychologists in Sydney is seeking a Senior Medical Receptionist, Practice Manager to lead front desk operations and support clinical staff. The role partners with the Practice Manager to ensure smooth daily operations, appointment management, and client service at two locations (Earlwood and Bondi Junction).

The candidate should be experienced in a medical or psychology setting and capable of handling confidential records with discretion.

Qualifications

• Front desk reception and client service in a clinical setting.
• Experience in medical/psychology environment preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicare billing and invoicing processes.
• Proficiency with administration software and record keeping.

Responsabilités

• Provide front desk reception and customer service to clients, parents, and clinicians.
• Support day-to-day clinic operations with the Practice Manager, managing appointments and diaries.
• Answer phones, respond to emails, scan documents, and maintain accurate client records.
• Process Medicare claims, EFTPOS transactions, and client payments.
• Use software such as Zanda and Google Workspace to support workflows.
