Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure a welcoming patient experience.
• Manage appointments, enquiries, calls, and daily reception duties.
• Support doctors, nurses, allied health staff and colleagues.
• Handle Medicare billing, payments, and admin processes.
• Supervise junior reception staff and promote teamwork.
• Assist with reception workflows, rostering and daily operations.
• Interface with suppliers/contractors and assist with stock management.
• Collaborate with Practice Manager to boost efficiency and care.
