Job summary

NT Partners is seeking a Tier 3 technical support specialist to manage on-site installations and ongoing support for EFTPOS and POS products across Sydney, with some interstate travel. The role is primarily office-based with field visits to merchants.

The candidate will configure hardware and software, troubleshoot issues, and train customers and internal teams, while communicating complex technical details clearly to diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in technical support or field support.
• Hands-on experience with POS/EFTPOS devices.
• Willingness to travel to sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set up and configure POS terminals and payment hardware, ensuring connectivity and functionality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues in the field and remotely.
• Train customers and internal teams on devices and systems.
• Communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
