Job summary

Go1, a global learning platform, seeks a Senior PMM to lead the go-to-market for its new AI-powered capabilities. You will collaborate with product management on market validation, ICP development, and narrative design, shaping launch assets and customer communications.

You’ll own market strategy and execution across stages, building assets and guiding cross-functional teams to ensure successful field-ready launches and ongoing storytelling as the market evolves.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in marketing, strategy, product, or operations.
• 3+ years in product marketing or product management.
• Experience entering new markets or launching into new categories, not just iterating on established ones.
• Strong positioning instincts: turn ambiguity into a clear buyer-focused story.
• Experience building field-ready assets and enablement materials.
• Data-driven with customer insights to ground messaging decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for Go1’s AI-powered capabilities, from market validation through to full commercial launch.
• Define positioning and messaging tailored to buyer personas and target segments.
• Validate ICPs through customer discovery, competitive analysis, and early market research.
• Coordinate across product, marketing, sales, and CS to ensure aligned launch execution.
• Develop and maintain field-ready assets, including narratives and demos.
• Sustain post-launch narrative and competitive intelligence to keep GTM sharp.
