Firmus Technologies is seeking a Senior Platform Reliability Engineer to own the reliability of GPU‑based AI infrastructure across the Asia‑Pacific region. You will lead the automation, remediation tooling and guarded runbooks that reduce toil and improve service levels.

The role requires deep experience in Linux, Kubernetes and multi‑tenant environments. Based in Australia or Singapore, you will work with engineering teams to reproduce faults, provide production evidence, and drive incident

Competenze

Strong 24/7 production infrastructure experience.
Proven Linux system administration and troubleshooting skills.
Experience with scale‑out storage and high‑performance networks.

Mansioni

Triage, diagnose and resolve incidents across Kubernetes clusters and storage, owning from escalation to resolution.
Operate multi‑tenant control plane with tenancy, quota and access controls.
Manage hyperconverged or distributed storage and S3‑compatible object storage to service levels.
Maintain and improve observability dashboards and runbooks for proactive incident handling.
Deliver change as code with peer review, testing, rollout and rollback plans.
Collaborate with vendors for support cases and reproduce faults in labs for fixes.
Support 24/7 on‑call rotation and participate in blameless post‑incident reviews.
