About The Role

Join Allianz as a Senior Performance Test Lead and play a key role in ensuring the performance, scalability and reliability of business-critical applications. You will lead performance testing initiatives across complex technology programs, driving testing strategy, execution and continuous improvement while partnering with stakeholders to deliver high-quality customer and business outcomes.

• Lead the planning, execution and governance of performance testing activities across complex technology programs and projects.
• Define and implement performance testing strategies, frameworks, tools and best practices to ensure scalable and reliable solutions.
• Partner with business, technology and delivery stakeholders to identify performance risks and ensure non-functional requirements are met.
• Analyse test results, identify bottlenecks and provide recommendations to improve application performance and stability.
• Lead and mentor testing resources, fostering a culture of quality, collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Drive governance, reporting and stakeholder communications to support successful delivery of high-quality technology outcomes.

About You

• Demonstrated experience leading performance testing activities within large, complex enterprise environments, including the delivery of performance testing across business-critical applications.
• Proven experience developing and documenting performance testing strategies, frameworks and approaches, with the ability to articulate testing requirements, risks and recommendations to a broad range of stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business language and influence decision-making at all levels.
• Extensive hands-on experience conducting performance, load, stress and scalability testing, while providing direction and guidance to performance testing teams on test design, execution and best practice.
• Strong knowledge of performance testing tools and technologies, including LoadRunner and other industry-standard performance testing and monitoring solutions.
• Proven ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on delivery, partnering with technical teams to execute complex testing initiatives and drive performance optimisation outcomes.
