Job summary

Allianz Technology – IT Delivery in Sydney seeks a Senior Performance Test Lead to drive performance testing across complex programs. You will lead strategy, governance and hands-on testing to ensure scalable, reliable applications and strong collaboration with stakeholders.

You will mentor teams, define best practices, and report on progress and risks, aligning with business needs and technical constraints across the Allianz group.

Qualifications

• Experience leading performance testing in large enterprise environments.
• Ability to define performance testing strategies, frameworks and approaches.
• Strong communication to translate technical concepts for stakeholders.
• Hands-on testing experience across load, stress and scalability testing.
• Knowledge of performance testing tools and monitoring solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution and governance of performance testing across programs.
• Define and implement performance testing strategies, frameworks and best practices.
• Partner with business, tech and delivery stakeholders to meet non-functional requirements.
• Analyse results, identify bottlenecks and provide optimization recommendations.
• Lead and mentor testing resources and promote a culture of quality.
• Drive governance, reporting and stakeholder communications for delivery success.
