Job summary

Lyka seeks a Growth Marketing professional to lead multi‑channel campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and programmatic platforms. You will own the performance pipeline, analyze ROI and drive optimization with a close partner in Creative to maintain rapid growth.

This role is core to building Lyka's brand and direct‑to‑consumer presence in Australia. You will run experiments, report insights to the VP Growth, and help allocate budget across performance and brand channels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in performance marketing, preferably in ecommerce/DTC.
• Hands-on experience with Meta, Google Ads, DV360 or equivalent, and TikTok.
• Strong ROI focus with experience in A/B testing and optimization.
• Ability to plan, execute and report on multi-channel campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Set up campaigns across Google Ads, Meta/TikTok, PMAX, DV360 and more.
• Analyze performance and provide reports to identify growth opportunities.
• Review ad performance daily and weekly; optimize creatives and audiences.
• Own creative pipeline and coordinate with Creative Director for rotations.
• Experiment with strategies to improve ROI and scale spend efficiently.
• Present insights to VP Growth and country leadership, staying market-aware.
