Job summary

Searchability® is seeking a senior performance marketing professional to lead strategy and delivery for a portfolio of growth-focused client accounts in a fast-paced, collaborative agency environment.

You will oversee multi-channel campaigns across Meta, TikTok and Pinterest, guiding structure, optimisation and reporting while mentoring junior team members and driving best practices. This role offers hands-on work with measurable results and opportunities to grow with ambitious brands.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in digital performance marketing, ideally within an agency.
• Proven experience managing and optimising large-scale campaigns across platforms including Meta, TikTok and Pinterest.
• Minimum 2 years in a client-facing role, with strong experience in stakeholder management, account growth and retention.
• Confident using data and analytics tools.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to translate performance data into clear insights, recommendations and client narratives.
• Demonstrated leadership capability, including mentoring team members, driving best practice and contributing to a high-performance, collaborative culture

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, delivery and ongoing success of a portfolio of high-growth client accounts.
• Oversee planning, execution and optimisation of multi-channel digital campaigns, ensuring activity is aligned to commercial objectives and delivers measurable results.
• Provide guidance on campaign structure, performance improvements, tracking frameworks and optimisation opportunities.
• Build strong client relationships and translate performance data into clear business outcomes.
• Collaborate with channel specialists, creatives and broader marketing teams to ensure campaigns are integrated and evolving.
