Job summary

Lyka Pet Food in Sydney is seeking a performance-driven Creative with a copywriting edge to lead and scale our always-on performance creative engine across paid channels.

You will craft hooks, scripts, CTAs and copy variations for video, static and motion, turning data and customer insights into winning concepts, while collaborating with Performance Marketing, Creative Directors and external partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience developing performance creative within a DTC, ecommerce or fast-paced consumer brand environment.
• Exceptional writing skills that turn customer insights and performance data into hooks, scripts and copy that convert.
• Proven track record creating high-performing video, static and motion creative across major paid channels.

Responsibilities

• Own Lyka's always-on performance creative system and deliver a pipeline of高‑performing paid creative.
• Develop creative strategies and hypotheses driving ongoing experimentation across paid channels.
• Lead quarterly hero shoots and build an evolving asset library with the production team.
• Turn customer insights and campaign data into a testing roadmap and iterating concepts into new formats.
