Lyka seeks a Performance Marketer (Senior Growth Associate) in Sydney to drive growth through hands-on multi-channel campaigns across Meta, Google, and programmatic platforms. You will own performance reporting, ROI optimization, and creative testing, partnering with the VP of Growth and a fast-growing team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in performance marketing (agency or in-house; ecom/DTC preferred).
• Hands-on experience with Meta, Google Ads (Search, PMAX, YouTube, etc.), Programmatic Video (DV360 or equivalent), TikTok.
• Strong analytical capability with a focus on ROI and campaign effectiveness.
• Experience with A/B testing, creative optimisation, and campaign planning.

Responsibilities

• Set up new campaigns and ads across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and programmatic channels.
• Analyse campaign performance and provide reports/insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Review ad performance daily and weekly.
• Own the creative pipeline and work with the Creative Director to rotate campaigns.
• Assist in channel-specific ad creative ideation, digital strategy and testing.
• Monitor and optimise campaigns within budgets and KPIs.
• Run experiments on core platforms to identify opportunities and improve ROI.
• Use attribution, product analytics, platform numbers to inform budget optimisations.
• Propose optimal spend allocation between performance and brand channels.
• Communicate results and strategies with VP Growth and other stakeholders.
• Present data insights in clear, digestible formats and track industry trends.
