Job summary

Lyka Pet Food Pty is seeking a seasoned Performance Marketing specialist to drive multi-channel campaigns across Meta, Google Ads and programmatic platforms. You will own analytics, testing, and ROI-driven optimization in a fast-growing pet wellness startup in Australia.

You will collaborate with the VP of Growth and cross-functional partners to scale campaigns, optimize budgets, and deliver insights that inform strategy while supporting Lyka’s mission to improve pet health.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in performance marketing (agency or in-house).
• Experience with major platforms (Meta, Google Ads, DV360, TikTok).
• Strong ROI focus and ability to derive insights from data.
• Experience in fast-growing start-ups with a physical product is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up new campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and programmatic channels.
• Analyse campaign performance and provide reports and insights to drive growth.
• Review daily and weekly ad performance and optimize accordingly.
• Own creative pipeline and coordinate with the Creative Director for rotations.
• Run experiments to improve ROI and test new strategies.
• Allocate budget between performance and brand channels based on results.
• Communicate results and strategies with Growth leadership.
