Job summary

Viva Energy Australia seeks an experienced People Analytics & Insights Specialist to drive data-informed decision-making across our diverse workforce. You will deliver analytics, reporting and visualisations that support strategic outcomes across retail, industrial and corporate functions.

The role leads the enhancement of our people analytics capability, developing Power BI dashboards, workforce reporting and data visualisation solutions used by People & Culture and leaders to identify trends

Qualifications

• Significant experience in People Analytics or HR reporting.
• Advanced Power BI capability for dashboards and data modelling.
• Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of workforce analytics and insights to support decisions.
• Analyze headcount, turnover, recruitment and diversity data.
• Design and maintain enterprise dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Act as Power BI SME for People & Culture reporting and data models.
• Drive reporting automation and continuous improvement across workforce data.
