Airservices Australia is seeking a passionate leader to drive people systems, workforce analytics and HR data governance across the organisation. You will lead a specialist team, shaping the HR technology roadmap and partnering with IT and Information Management to deliver trusted insights and impactful workforce outcomes.

You will influence strategy and execution, leveraging established reporting, Power BI dashboards and governance practices, while evolving the function to support enterprise

Qualifications

• Experience leading specialist teams responsible for people systems, workforce analytics, organisational management or HRIS services.
• Advanced Power BI capability, including dashboard development, reporting enhancement and data visualisation.
• Experience developing and managing HRIS roadmaps, system enhancements and transformation initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of SAP HR, including HR Master Data, organisational management and position management.
• Experience with SuccessFactors and an understanding of its capability, optimisation opportunities and future potential.
• Demonstrated experience leading data migration, system implementation or HR technology transition projects.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner across senior leadership, IT and Information Management functions.
• Experience leading and developing specialist teams focused on analytics, systems or organisational management.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic oversight of the HR systems roadmap and lead ongoing system improvement initiatives.
• Support future HR technology opportunities including optimisation of SAP and SuccessFactors.
• Partner with stakeholders across People & Culture, IT and Information Management to translate data and systems into business outcomes.
• Oversee workforce analytics, data governance and organisational management capability to enable trusted workforce insights.
• Lead a specialist team and drive maturation of the HR technology function.
