Acenda Life Services Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced HR Data & Analytics Specialist to transform workforce data into meaningful insights that inform people and business decisions.

You will build and deliver workforce reporting, dashboards, and insights, analysing trends in attrition, retention, diversity, recruitment and workforce planning. You will partner with People & Culture, Finance, and senior leaders to standardise metrics and drive data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in workforce analytics or similar.
• Advanced Power BI skills including modeling.
• Solid HR metrics knowledge (headcount, turnover, etc.).
• Experience presenting to senior leaders.
• Experience with HRIS platforms (Workday).

Responsabilités

• Deliver workforce reporting, dashboards, and insights.
• Analyse workforce trends and provide actionable recommendations.
• Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards and self-service reporting.
• Partner with People & Culture, Finance, and leaders to align metrics.
