Job summary

Randstad in Melbourne is seeking a senior payroll specialist to own end‑to‑end payroll for a complex multi‑award workforce. You will run full pay cycles independently, handle off‑cycle payments, and ensure regulatory compliance under Fair Work, NES, Awards and EAs.

The role requires hands‑on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll experience and the ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced People & Culture team, with a focus on accuracy and timely STP reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of end-to-end payroll processing experience in a complex environment.
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation (Fair Work, NES, Awards, and EAs).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end payroll processing for a complex multi-award workforce.
• Run full pay cycles, including off-cycle and ad hoc payments.
• Perform month-end and year-end payroll activities and STP reporting.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and audit trails.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance and managers on pay queries.
