Job summary

Western Health in Melbourne seeks a Payroll Specialist – PeopleConnect to lead payroll and award interpretation across SAP Payroll, SuccessFactors and RLDatix Optima. You will guide testing, ensure compliance and translate requirements into system solutions for enterprise agreements.

You will collaborate with RLDatix, RMH, RWH and partners to deliver rostering and payroll outcomes, with a focus on continuous improvement and system integration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in SAP Payroll (ECC 6.0/ECP) including payroll lifecycle activities and testing.
• Expertise in Award Interpretation and Enterprise Agreement implementation.
• Experience with payroll, HRIS and rostering system testing and integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead Award Interpretation activities and ensure payroll and rostering requirements are implemented within systems.
• Drive award implementation, payroll compliance, process improvement and BAU support for PeopleConnect and RosterHub.
• Develop, execute and review solution testing (integration, regression, parallel pay run, UAT) across SAP Payroll, SuccessFactors and RLDatix Optima.
• Provide expert SAP Payroll advice, analyze defects and collaborate with vendors, technical teams and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver payroll and rostering outcomes.
