Job summary

Randstad is partnering with a market-leading Australian enterprise to recruit a Payroll Analyst. You will join a dynamic People & Culture team and own end-to-end payroll processing, master data updates, and payroll dispute resolutions for Australia, ensuring compliance with taxation, superannuation, and EBAs.

Essential experience includes 1–3+ years in Australian payroll, SAP Payroll and SuccessFactors, and strong data accuracy.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of Australian payroll experience in a medium-to-large corporate environment.
• Excellent dispute resolution skills with a strong customer-service mindset.
• Strong data and numerical accuracy with proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end payroll processing and master data updates in SAP.
• Act as first point of contact for payroll disputes and inquiries.
• Validate tax withholding, superannuation, and other statutory calculations across EBAs and Australian legislation.
• Reconcile salary and leave payments and support internal/external audits.
• Assist with system testing and wage type updates.
