Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of end-to-end payroll processing experience in a complex environment.
• Hands-on with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (mandatory).
• Experience calculating long service leave and other entitlements.

• Take full ownership of end-to-end payroll processing for a complex, multi-award workforce.
• Run full pay cycles independently including off-cycle payments.
• Operate SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll confidently.
• Manage payroll transitions and lifecycle changes.
• Calculate complex final entitlements and settlements with compliance.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Work Act, NES, Modern Awards, and EAs.
• Reconcile payroll data and liaise with HR, Finance and managers.
• Drive month-end and year-end payroll activities including STP reporting.
