Job summary

Mitolo Family Farms in Adelaide is seeking a Senior Payroll Officer to contribute to accurate and efficient payroll across our business. You will work closely with People and Culture, Finance and Operations to ensure payroll compliance and data integrity.

You will manage end-to-end weekly payroll, maintain systems, support PAYG, superannuation and WorkCover reporting, and respond to employee inquiries with clear guidance. A collaborative, process-driven environment awaits.

• Significant payroll experience in a complex environment.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end payroll processing of our weekly payroll.
• Maintaining payroll systems and data integrity.
• Managing payroll compliance and reporting including PAYG, superannuation and WorkCover requirements.
• Responding to employee and leader payroll enquiries with clear and timely advice.
• Identifying opportunities for payroll system and process improvements.
• Maintaining accurate payroll documentation and supporting payroll audits, reconciliations and internal compliance reviews.
