Job summary

Elders Rural Services Australia Limited is seeking a Payroll Officer to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis in Adelaide. You will deliver accurate, timely payroll services across our national workforce, including the Real Estate network, while providing trusted support to employees and stakeholders.

You will ensure compliance with awards, legislation and company policies. You will handle end-to-end fortnightly payrolls, maintain employee records and drive efficiencies in payroll

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in payroll delivering accurate and timely services.
• Experience processing large payrolls end-to-end, with understanding of payroll legislation.
• Chris21 experience essential; Workday experience highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with preparing and processing end-to-end fortnightly payrolls.
• Assisting with preparation, administration and remittance of statutory requirements.
• Ensuring payroll practices comply with policy, awards and legislation.
• Actioning requests and queries within agreed timelines.
• Maintaining electronic employee files and records.
• Building strong relationships with employees and stakeholders.
• Creating, streamlining and driving efficiencies in payroll processes.
