Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on operational leadership in skip bin, waste management, or fleet logistics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fleet scheduling, driver dispatch, and route optimization to maximise utilisation.
• Lead day-to-day yard operations at the Melbourne head office and Dandenong South yard.
• Ensure compliance with VIC EPA, OH&S, and NHVR/CoR standards; manage admin and customer service teams.
