You will manage data in ERP/CRM systems, maintain product and inventory records, and support office routines.

Qualifications

• Senior administration and office management experience.
• Solid bookkeeping and bank reconciliation skills.
• Proficiency with database-driven ERPs, CRMs, and accounting platforms.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily bank reconciliations, customer invoicing, supplier bill processing, AR follow-ups, and month-end reporting support.
• Process customer orders, prepare sales quotes, and provide product information.
• Coordinate freight bookings, generate dispatch documents, and liaise with production on delivery timelines.
• Maintain accurate order, product, and inventory data within internal systems (ERP/CRM).
• Oversee general office routines, file management, and process administration.
