About the Team
The Curriculum Management and Student Operations?(CMSO)?team?is part of the Learning and Curriculum Unit within?the Education Portfolio.?The Unit?supports teaching,?curriculum?and assessments.?The CMSO teams?work across faculties to coordinate curriculum and academic administration services in a consistent and responsive way, partnering with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.

Job Purpose
This role supports curriculum and student lifecycle activities within a faculty, providing high level administrative support and advice. The incumbent supports academic governance, additional entry admissions, and student progression. The position contributes to the delivery of quality education services and ensures compliance with university policies and regulatory frameworks.
Role Responsibilities
Act as Faculty Timetable Planner and support scheduling across teaching and exam periods. Support curriculum administration including subjects, majors, electives and requisites. Coordinate governance processes including compiling papers and submissions. Respond to student enquiries and support student lifecycle activities such as admissions and progression. Provide administrative support for academic integrity, appeals and progression matters. Interpret and apply policies and procedures in day to day operations. Contribute to process improvement, compliance and quality assurance activities.
Selection Criteria
What We Offer
Base Salary Range: $98,792 - $106,966 (HEW6) plus 17% superannuation (pension)
The position is full time and will be made on a continuing basis.
