Job summary

Better Rehab in Australia is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join a collaborative team on the Gold Coast. You’ll work across NDIS and Support at Home programs, handling a broad caseload and developing practice across ADLs, capacity building, AT, equipment prescription and home modifications.

Located in Arundel with strong clinical support, you’ll provide supervision, mentoring and leadership to other clinicians while delivering client‑centred care across the lifespan in

Qualifications

• Full AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist (limited registration may be considered on a case‑by‑case basis)
• A valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle
• NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working With Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Ideal role for Occupational Therapists with 4+ years experience

Responsibilities

• Conduct meaningful assessments and develop participant‑centred therapy plans.
• Work across a variety of settings including homes, schools, day programs, clinics and community spaces.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with participants and see the real impact of your work.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to manage complex cases and achieve the best outcomes.

Education
