Job summary

Better Rehab is seeking Occupational Therapists in NSW to work across NDIS and Support at Home, delivering client‑centred therapy from homes to community settings. You’ll engage in ADLs, capacity building, AT, equipment prescription and home modifications, with a collaborative team that celebrates successes.

You’ll join a 17‑strong multidisciplinary team led by a Team Lead, with mentoring and a strong commitment to professional growth, flexible hours, and travel across 30 Australian sites.

Qualifications

• Full AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist (eligible for limited registration may be considered)
• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle
• NDIS check, Working with Children Check, and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Open to Occupational Therapists with all levels of experience

We work across both the NDIS and Support at Home programs, providing clinicians with a broad and varied caseload. This allows you to develop your skills across a range of areas, including activities of daily living (ADLs), capacity building, assistive technology (AT), equipment prescription, and home modifications.
