Optus Enterprise is seeking a Senior Technical Specialist – Observability and NMS to define strategy, governance, deployment, and evolution of fault and performance monitoring across the fixed and mobile network landscape. • Deep expertise in Fault and Performance Management technologies, lifecycle management, and observability strategy.
• Experience translating telemetry into actionable business/operational insights.
• Proven leadership of large-scale technology deployments with governance and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the fault and performance monitoring roadmaps for network domains with event-driven focus.
• Provide strategic leadership for observability programs across networks and managed services.
• Lead vendor relationships, governance, and partnerships to maximise value and innovation.
• Establish enterprise observability, KPI frameworks, and drive service quality improvements.
• Translate observability insights into strategic recommendations for engineering and executive leadership.
• Build and lead a high-performing observability team aligned to network transformation.
