Bright & Duggan Group is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager NSW to lead the NSW BD function, drive customer acquisition, and build a high-performing team focused on sustainable growth. Reporting to the NSW State Manager, you will develop annual growth plans, identify new market opportunities, manage referral partners, monitor market trends, and lead tenders and complex opportunities.

The role requires proven BD leadership within strata/buildings/facilities management, strong pipeline

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in business development, sales leadership, customer acquisition or commercial relationship management.
• Previous experience within Strata Management, Building Management or Facilities Management is essential.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing pipelines, forecasting and CRM reporting.
• The ability to influence outcomes across multiple business functions.
• Experience supporting tenders, proposals, negotiations and complex commercial opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the NSW business development strategy.
• Drive customer acquisition and market development initiatives.
• Develop annual growth plans and identify new market opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners, industry stakeholders and prospective customers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities.
• Manage pipeline performance, forecasting and CRM reporting.
• Support complex proposals, tenders and strategic opportunities.
• Lead, coach and develop Business Development Managers and onboarding team members.
• Partner closely with operational teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer transitions.
• Represent Bright & Duggan Group at industry, networking and business events.
• Drive a collaborative, customer-focused and high-performance culture.
