Job summary

Bright & Duggan Group is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager NSW to lead the state's business development function, drive customer acquisition, and build a high-performing team focused on sustainable growth and commercial success.

Reporting to the NSW State Manager, you will grow our presence across NSW through strategic leadership, market engagement and business development excellence, while maintaining your market presence and delivering growth outcomes.

Qualifications

Proven track record in business development or sales leadership.
Experience in winning new business and building relationships.
Experience leading and developing customer-facing teams.

Responsibilities

Lead NSW business development strategy and growth initiatives.
Drive customer acquisition and market development across NSW.
Develop annual growth plans and identify new market opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with referral partners and stakeholders.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity and opportunities.
Manage pipeline, forecasting and CRM reporting.
Support tenders, proposals and strategic opportunities.
Lead, coach and develop Business Development Managers and onboarding team members.
Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth onboarding and transitions.
Represent Bright & Duggan Group at industry events and networks.
