Integral Diagnostics is seeking an experienced full-time MRI Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and operational oversight across the North Metro Melbourne region. The role involves coordinating across multiple MRI sites, driving imaging standards, and supporting staff development.

Travel between sites within the region is required. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years MRI experience, strong leadership, and regulatory accreditations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' MRI experience.
• Demonstrated leadership and multi-site management experience.
• AHPRA Registration and Radiation Use Licence.
• SMIRT MRI Accreditation (Level 1 minimum).
• Bachelor of Medical Imaging (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership across multiple MRI sites in the North Metro Melbourne region.
• Oversee operational workflows and imaging quality standards.
• Support staff training, development, and assessments across sites.
• Standardise MRI practices and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
