Integral Diagnostics (IDX) Victoria is seeking an experienced MRI Supervisor to provide clinical leadership, operational oversight and workforce development across multiple MRI sites within the West Metro Melbourne region. The role involves travel to sites including Footscray, Williamstown, Altona, Spotswood, and beyond, overseeing imaging quality, safety and adherence to standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in MRI
• Demonstrated leadership and team development experience
• Experience managing or supporting multi-site MRI services (desirable)
• Advanced MRI clinical expertise across multiple systems/platforms
• Strong understanding of MRI operations, workflow, and quality systems
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills
• Multi-vendor MRI experience (Siemens, GE, Philips)
• AHPRA Registration and Radiation Use License
• SMIRT MRI Accreditation (Level 1 minimum)
• Ability to travel between sites within the region
