Sebring Group in Geelong, Victoria, is seeking an experienced MRI Radiographer stepping into an MRI Supervisor role to lead the MRI service across the Geelong region. The position focuses on clinical leadership, protocol development and staff training within a supportive environment.

You will supervise a team, drive MRI standards and collaborate with radiologists and management to deliver high-quality imaging services. This role offers career progression and a strong emphasis on team development.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated MRI radiography experience.
• MRI leadership, supervision or unit management experience is highly regarded.
• Bachelor of Medical Imaging or equivalent qualification.
• Current AHPRA registration.
• Current Victorian Radiation Use Licence.
• Experience working with MRI trainees.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong planning and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
• Flexibility across varying schedules.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of MRI radiographers.
• Maintain and develop MRI protocols and clinical standards.
• Support staff training, mentoring and professional development.
• Work with trainees and assist with MRI competency development.
• Liaise with radiologists, managers and other stakeholders.
• Contribute to service improvement and operational efficiency.
• Maintain high patient care and MRI service delivery.
• Unit management or MRI leadership experience is valued.
