Integral Diagnostics (IDX Group) invites applications for an MRI Supervisor role covering the Geelong region. You will lead a multidisciplinary MRI team, uphold protocol standards and drive staff training to deliver high-quality imaging services.

The role emphasizes effective communication, adherence to licensing requirements, and collaborative planning with clinicians to optimise patient care across clinics in Victoria.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in MRI radiography with leadership potential.
• Current AHPRA registration and Victorian radiation license.
• Qualification in Medical Imaging required (Bachelor’s degree).
• Strong planning, organisation and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise MRI services for the Geelong region and maintain high standards.
• Develop and update MRI protocols and ensure compliance.
• Manage staff training and professional development.
• Coordinate with clinicians and other stakeholders to optimise patient care.
• Support clinic managers in delivering quality imaging services.

ABOUT THE ROLE

An exciting opportunity to step up to the next level, as MRI Supervisor for the Geelong region. You will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of MRI service, maintaining and developing protocols and staff training. Ideally, you will have unit management experience, and the ability to lead a multidisciplinary team.

ABOUT YOU

The successful candidate will be a highly motivated MRI specialist with the ability to supervise a team.

Skills Required:

• Demonstrated experience in MRI Radiography
• Excellent communication skills, with proven experience in liaising with key stakeholders
• Current licensing and registrations; this includes registration with AHPRA and current Victorian radiation license
• Qualifications in Medical Imaging (Bachelor of Science or equivalent)
• Demonstrated effective planning, organisational and analytical solving skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team
• Highly developed interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build effective relationships and communicate with a diverse range of people
• Ability to work on flexible work schedules
• Ability to work with trainees in MRIStrong attention to detail
