Integral Diagnostics is seeking an experienced full-time MRI Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and operational oversight across the North Metro Melbourne region. The role involves coordinating across multiple MRI sites, driving imaging standards, and supporting staff development.

Travel between sites within the region is required. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years MRI experience, strong leadership, and regulatory accreditations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' MRI experience.
• Demonstrated leadership and multi-site management experience.
• AHPRA Registration and Radiation Use Licence.
• SMIRT MRI Accreditation (Level 1 minimum).
• Bachelor of Medical Imaging (or equivalent).

About the role

At IDX Victoria we are seeking an experienced full-time MRI Supervisor (no direct reports) to provide clinical leadership, operational oversight, and workforce development across multiple MRI sites within the North Metro Melbourne region.

This is a full-time position primarily based at one of our sites North site, with flexibility to travel to our other MRI sites within the Region including Nth Melbourne, Fairfield, Carlton, South Melbourne, Niddrie, Moonee Ponds and Sunshine and St Albans.

Reporting to the MRI Manager and Regional Manager, this role ensures high-quality imaging standards, optimised workflows, safe, compliant practices, while supporting advanced MRI services and continuous improvement initiatives across a diverse fleet of MRI systems and vendors.

The position plays a key role in driving clinical excellence, supporting staff training and assessment, and standardising MRI practices across sites.

To Be Successful You’ll Need

• Minimum 5 years' experience in MRI
• Demonstrated leadership and team development experience
• Experience managing or supporting multi-site MRI services (desirable)
• Advanced MRI clinical expertise across multiple systems/platforms
• Strong understanding of MRI operations, workflow, and quality systems
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor of Medical Imaging (or equivalent)
• AHPRA Registration and Radiation Use License
• SMIRT MRI Accreditation (Level 1 minimum)
• Ability to work the required rostered hours for this position
• Ability and willingness to travel between sites within the region
